Alpha Gamma Rho is proud to present its charity week, Hay Daze. Our philanthropy is Chasing-Victorty in honor of Chase McNelley, and a donation will be made to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. This year’s week will include events from the past as well as some new exciting events that everyone will enjoy. The men of Alpha Gamma Rho will be calling on the support of our sororities, because without you, the event couldn’t be a success. In this packet you will find descriptions of all of our events, the days they will be held, and the location of the events. We will be limiting the event locations to eliminate confusion. This week is a competition! Points will be awarded to each organization based on participation and spirit. The winner will receive a portion of our earnings to go towards their national philanthropy. ΑΓΡ  Vice Noble Ruler – Activities
  
Decoration Day!Monday, October 5th
As much as this week is about raising money for charity it is also about having fun! We want to see how much fun you girls can make it. We would be proud if each sorority would decorate the house any way possible to show your support for our chapter and our cause. The last day to decorate is Tuesday, October 6th at 10am. There is also going to be a Penny War table set up in the chapter room, remember silver is good and copper is bad. Points will be awarded based on the amount of decoration and the creativity involved. The most points will go to the organization that makes us say ‘wow’! Good Luck to all!

Cowgirl Olympics
Tuesday, October 6th
Our annual and favorite event is the Cowgirl Olympics. We will host this year ‘s Olympics at our house at 6 pm on Tuesday  evening. Each sorority will enter one or more teams ($25 per team) to compete against one another in the following events
· Tug of War  sergeant
· Rope an  ΑΓΡ
· Haybale toss
· Watermelon Seed Spitting contest
· Relay Race
The teams will consist of four girls. Each girl will participate in the Tug of War and the Relay Race. Two girls will compete in the Haybale toss, and one girl will represent the group in the Sunflower Seed Spitting contest and Rope a ΑΓΡ contest
Points will not only be based on winning the events, but also the amount of people in attendance from your organization and spirit.

Lawn Mower Race
Thursday, October 8th
This event is our newest event and we are very excited about it. The race will be held at the Tennessee Livestock Center on the driving range. All participants must be there by 5:30 and the races start at 6. We will have a course set up for the race. Each sorority can have four drivers participate in the race . We will supply the lawn mowers. Also will be having practice for the drivers on Wednesday October 7th to make sure everyone knows how to drive at 6pm at the livestock centers driving coarse.


ΑΓΡ Fashion showThursday October 8th
This is also a new event and will be directly following the lawn mower race.  This event will be held in the live stock center there sale ring room. In the past we have had the ΑΓΡ Beauty Pageant, well this is no different except the girls aren’t being dressed up. Each sororities coach will be there model. Any way that you can make the prettiest ΑΓΡ wins. Judges will base the model on a few things the originality of your coach and your introduction of your coach.  You may also have a song for your coach to strut his stuff to!


Toga Toga TogaFriday October 9th
Our annual Toga Foam party from 9pm-1am at the ΑΓΡ house and we will present awards to the winning sorority.
